While the success reported by Petro-grad Petro-grad covers only a small portion of the long front in north Poland, and the Germans Ger-mans have been able to record a counter-success counter-success near Koino, the general impression impres-sion among military men in London is t that not only has the German offensive 1 in the north exhausted Itself, but the tide 1 is turning in favor of the Russians, who, ' wi'.h railways at their back, rave been able to bring up more reinforcements than the- invading army, whose comrounl-icaucrib, comrounl-icaucrib, after German territory ta left, must cros a country . of marshes and overflowing rivers.
