Show APPREHENSJON IN CONSTANTINOPLE WASHINGTON. Feb. 27. The bombardment bom-bardment of the Dardanelles forts by the Anglo-French fleet has caused apprehension apprehen-sion in Constantinople, according to advices ad-vices to the Washington government, and the Ottoman government is considering removing the seat of government to Scutari, Scu-tari, opposite Constantinople on the Adriatic side of the straits of Bos- : phorus.
