HSA rep. j from Basin j sought Representation from i Duchesne, Uintah and i Daggett Counties is being j solicited by the Utah i Health Systems Agency. ; This Agency is seeking i nominations to fill vacancies on its Program Review Advisory Committee Com-mittee and its Project Review Advisory Committee. Com-mittee. Representation from these Counties needs to be assured. The Program Review Advisory Committee is advisory to the Utah HSA Health Planning Council and recommends approval ap-proval or disapproval of proposed expenditures of Federal funds for certain public health, mental health, and alcohol and drug problems. The Project Review Advisory Committee is advisory to the Utah HSA and the State Department of Health and recommends recom-mends approval or disapproval of capital expenditures for equipment and construction con-struction of institutional health services proposed by health care facilities.
