Show Easy Elegant Main Dish .,. 5 - i If itpf " ' w Quick Turkey Quiche is a savory main dish custard pie you can quickly and easily make with turkey left from your holiday feast plus just a few other simple ingredients. Quick Turkey Quiche 1 (9-inch) pie shell 1 can (10 34 oz.) 6 eggs, beaten condensed cream of 12 cup chopped, cooked celery soup, turkey or chicken undiluted 12 cup grated Parmesan 12 cup milk cheese ' 14 teaspoon salt Brush pie shell with small amount of the beaten eggs. Prick bottom and sides with fork. If using metal pie pan, bake shell in preheated 450F. oven until light golden brown, about 5 minutes. If using pie plate, bake shell at 425F. Cool on wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 375F. for metal pan or 350F. for pie plate. Sprinkle turkey and cheese in pie shell. Beat together eggs and remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over turkey-cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. You may use a thawed frozen deep-dish style pie shell. Pre-bake shell in preheated 450F. oven for 5 minutes. Bake filled quiche at 375F. for time given in recipe. |
