Show Tribute from Glenwood Hospital Dear Sir: On July 9, 1980 Dr. Paul and Jeanne Stringham were involved in an automobile accident in the Glenwood Canyon which resulted in Jeanne being hospitalized for approximately 6 weeks at Valley View in Glenwood Springs, Colo. During Jeanne's hospitalization she and her family developed many long lasting friendships among our hospital employees. Jeanne always responded with kindness and warmth and we all enjoyed the opportunity to take care of her. After Jeanne was discharged and had returned to Vernal, the hospital was notified that the Stringhams would be donating a new electrocardiogram machine as a token of their appreciation. Our present machine was outdated and was going to be replaced in 1981. Valley View Hospital would like your community to know of the thoughtful generosity that the Stringhams expressed ex-pressed to us. We are proud of our new piece of equipment. On behalf of the entire staff at Valley View, I would like to extend a great big thank-you to Jeanne and Paul. The Stringhams are most certainly an asset to your community. com-munity. Sincerely, PEG UTESCH, RN, Intensive Care and Coronary Care Supervisor |
