Show NOTICE. Notice Is herebj given that a special meeting of the members and siockr.o.-i era of the Alta clu'u has been called by the board of directors io' be he d at the club building, 100 East South Temple street, Salt Laics City, Utah, June 4, at S o'clock p. m. The purpose of such meeting is to amend Article XIII of tho by-laws of sa:d club so as to provide for monthly dues from resident members of (10) ten dJl-iars. dJl-iars. instead of the present dues of $t 5J) seven dollars and fifty cents, the proposed pro-posed amendment being aa follows: "The first paragraph of section XIII of the by-laws, as the same appears in the printed book thereof, is amended to read as follows: "XIII. The entrance fee on admission to the club shall be one hundred and f fty dollars (S150). except as is provided for by articles Xi and Xlt of the .by-laws. The monthlv dues shall be ten dollars S10), payable on the first day of each month, in advance, except as provided in articles X, XI and XII." Said meeting also is called for the purpose pur-pose of authorizing the hoard of directors, direc-tors, in case such dues are increased as aforesaid, to make and execute a new issue of bonds of the club in the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000), with which to redeem a like amount of the bonds of the club now outstanding, and also to borrow fifteen thousand dollars dol-lars ($15,000) additional, and to make and give the club's note therefor, and, by adding thereto the amount of cash on hand available for such purpose, to complete the redemption of said outstanding outstand-ing bonds, which now amount to ninety-five ninety-five thousand dollars ($05,000), and mature ma-ture July 1, 1913. The date of maturity of the new bonds and the note, the time and interest thereof, to he in the discretion discre-tion of the board of directors. By order of the board of directors, n. K.
