Show RIO GRANDE FILES , ITS CAR STATEMENT According to a statement riled with the state public utilities commission, the Denver & 'Rio Grande railroad, during the week ending September S, furnished 737 cars less than the number required by the coal mining companies of Carbon county to move their normal output. On the basis of the est! ma te furnished by the coal companies several weeks ago. the output of t he mines would reach 5.000 tons per week at the present period of the year, and 1S00 cars, sufficient to move this 'amount of coal, were guaranteed by II. V. Muclge, president of the Denver & Rio Grande. |
