Lester Les-ter MangutTi resigned as directors of the company and the reorganization was effected ef-fected as follows: Walter Fitch, president: presi-dent: Cecil Fitrh, vice president; Thomas (.'arniiehael, secretary and treasurer, and these, with David Fvans and J. William Knight, form the directorate. Another special meeting of stockholders was held by the Keno Mining company, which holds ground In Millard county. In the Antelope district.
