Show LEGAL NOTICE PETITION NO. 77-16 An appeal has been filed by Terry Neal Tate, requesting a variance to the Bountiful Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Tate seeks permission to construct a single family dwelling at 209 East Oakridge Drive (3700 South), with a front yard setback set-back of 15 feet (25 feet required by ordinance). For the purpose of hearing arguments for or against the granting of this request, the Bountiful Board of Adjustment Adjust-ment will hold a public hearing hear-ing on TUESDAY, November 8, 1977 at 7:00 P.M. in the Conference Room (basement) of City Hall, 745 So. Main St., Bountiful, Utah. You are invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal.
