Show Help For Behavioral Problems At Weber Parents of children with a variety of behavioral problems should be able to find help at the Child Behavior Intervention Center established this fall at Weber Stale College. APPLICATIONS for fall admission to the program are now being considered, and openings are still available, Dr. William H. McVaugh, director, said today. Referrals, he said, should be made immediately. INQUIRIES should be directed to Dr. McVaugh at , the Department of Psychology, phone 399-5941, ext. 191 or 503. Charges for the service are currently $15 per week and include child treatment plus parental participation. CBIC HAS been created to serve children between the ages of 2 and 8 with mild to severe behavioral and emotional emo-tional problems ranging from hyperactivity to aggressiveness, aggres-siveness, withdrawn behavior and problems of adjustment to specific crises. Therapy will also be provided for specific handicapping han-dicapping conditions such as learning disabilities, developmental develop-mental disabilities and other handicapping conditions for which services are not currently available in the community. |
