Show West Bountiful Remember the special fireside at the stake house this Sunday night. All adults are invited to view a special documentary about the Hole in the Rock Trek. Members of the Second Ward enjoyed listening to the violin trio played by Evelyn Parry, Clara Barger, and Blanche Lord, accompanied by Ardelle Mills, in . Sacrament Meeting last Sunday. Sun-day. In the Fourth Ward they heard the artistry of Barbara Freestone on the organ. It was good to learn that newcomer new-comer Penny Bird is going to serve as a Primary teacher in the Second Ward, Joseph Kirton has been graduated from Primary, received his Trail to Duty to God Award, and is now a deacon. The Bob Dilks were happy to have their son Steve and wife Jan visiting with them last Sunday. Members of the First and Second Ward are reminded that some of the sheet music used for conference at the , Regional Center was never ! turned in. If they are aware of where it might be, please turn it in to Harriet Stephens. The Fourth Ward Mutual Halloween Party will be held on the 27th. Watch for more details. It seems impossible, but the Third Ward elders have grown so much in numbers that they have had to be divided into two quorums already. The division was right down 700 West. The First Quorum will be directed by Neil Cos, president; Paul Midgley, first counselor; Ralph Sherwood, second counselor; Russ Mills, executive execu-tive secretary; and Ken Laird, secretary. The Second Quorum will be headed by Russ Borneman, president; Joel Smith, first counselor; Elias Miller, second counselor; and David Cowdin, secretary. Special thanks go to the people who have been assisting as-sisting at the West Bountiful Elementary School. Those who helped in the kindergarten kindergar-ten Strategy testings were: Ruth Handley, Barbara DeBoer, Pat Gledhil, Dixie Nebeker, Trudy Henderson, Launa Blackburn, and Helen Reitz. Wayne just got back from a trip to Chicago, where he attended a surgical soap convention. Representatives from the FDA were present. While there he was able to visit with his brother Keith, who is serving in the Spanish-speaking Spanish-speaking part of the mission. Some 50 members of the Fourth Ward Relief Society and their husbands had a good time at their opening social. A group from the Murrah area, Sunshine and Spice, furnished the entertainment. enter-tainment. Tables followed the same sugar and spice decorations, cottage menus, jars of candy sticks and the soda fountain. These were under the direc- tion of Renee Knight. The refreshments followed the same theme as everyone enjoyed en-joyed banana splits. The party was under the direction of the presidency Marj. Niel-soh, Niel-soh, Chree Stokes, and Daralyn Kennison.
