Show To Serve Mission fy' .' . "- I r . i j i ! L - MILDRED BARBER Mildred R. Barber, Center-ville, Center-ville, will be entering the Mission Home on Nov. 12 to serve a mission for the LDS Church to the Oregon Portland area. THERE WILL be a farewell service in the Centerville 11th - Ward, 990 South 400 East on Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. Mrs. Barber lived in Centerville Cen-terville after her marriage and later lived in Willard. Utah for 27 years. After Mr. Barber's death in 1976, she returned to Centerville, was recently a member of the Willard Third Ward. SHE HAS been active in ward and Stake Relief Society positions during the years, has always enjoyed singing in the ward choirs and was one of the fortunate ones to be selected to sing at General Conference to dedicate the new Relief Society building in Salt Lake City. Millie has been active in working with the senior citizens ci-tizens of Davis County as a volunteer and in the nutrition office in Farmington. FRIENDS and relatives are invited to greet Mrs. Barber at an open house following the service at the church, at her home in Centerville, 65 West 280 South, kj |
