Bob Bennett from Bountiful was third place in the same category. MARILYN delivered a speech by Astronaut Michael Collins, while Bennett interpreted in-terpreted Nixon's resignation speech. In the same category, the other entry from Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Robert Dewey, was also a semi-finalist. In extemporaneous speaking, the outstanding speaker was also from Bountiful Boun-tiful High School. LeAnn Cutler, a Bountiful High junior, captured first place in the event. Wendy Wilburn was a semi-finalist in the same category. ... . BOUNTIFUL High oratory entries placed second, third and fourth respectively in the Marilyn Ray, Kelli Crowther. Back, Kari Davis, Bob Bennett, and Kim Muir. meet. Kari Davis' second place oration was on boredom; Kim Muir placed third with an examination of television violence; and Ruthie Nielson's discussion of bio-rhythms was awarded fourth in the tournament. Kelli Crowther, another Bountiful High junior, placed first in the category of impromptu speaking. Debbie Hulse was fifth place and Dennis Gilsdorf was a semi-finalist. semi-finalist. IN leg. forum. Spencer Hill was named outstanding chairman in the House of Representatives. Other Bountiful Boun-tiful High legislators who placed high were Mike Swen-son, Swen-son, Robert Rice and Larry Memmott.
