Show Mrs. Becky Nielson is at home and improving following follow-ing a bout with the flu. She had been cared for at the home of parents, Lee R. and Millie Cahoon. Visitors at the home of Cal and Jean Ballard this past weekend were Carl and Vanda Wadsworth and two children of Hurricane, Utah. Mark and Carolyn Hatch are parents of a son, born Friday, at the LakeviewHos-pital. LakeviewHos-pital. This is their fourth child with Jeff, Jay and Ruth at home. Woods Cross Fifth Ward held an enjoyable social on Friday evening at the cultural hall. The priesthood was in charge of arrangements, which included dinner, movies, program for everyone to enjoy. Former residents, Lee and Sherrie Miller and two daughters of Denver, Colo, spent the weekend visiting former friends and neighbors in the Meadowlane Subdivision Sub-division area. Happy birthday to Jean Brown. Friends and family remembered the occasion on Tuesday with special greetings greet-ings and visits. Woods Cross Stake Sunday School seminar, held on Saturday Sa-turday of the past week was one of the outstanding events of the week. Special music composed by Royce Twitchell and performed by her husband hus-band Noel Twitchell introduced in-troduced the program, followed by classes and class leaders, for both Junior and Senior Sunday School teachers. The event was under the direction of LaVel Galloway, Stake Sunday School President. Mrs. Geri Titensor will hold a special piano recital on Saturday Sa-turday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Ballard. Mrs. Titensor Ti-tensor has now moved to Orem where she will be making her home while husband hus-band Steve completes his schooling at BYU. She has been a piano teacher for many years in the area. Parents and friends will be included on the guest list of performers. Happy parents of their first child are Craig and Mary Ann Adamson Binks. Mrs. Binks has been recuperating at the home of parents Mr. and Mrs. Karl Adamson. She will return re-turn to a new home in Granger where the couple will make their residence. Just two days before the birth of the new one, Mrs. Binks was honored with a shower given by Mrs. Kathy Johnson, Patty Adamson and Mary Adamson.
