The total collectod by the bureau from July 1, 1913, to January 31, 191-1, was $191,792,279, an increase of $2,(336,3 29 over tho corresponding period for the previous year. The tax on tobacco brought $47,680,-435, $47,680,-435, an increase of $2,371,258, and fermented fer-mented liquors, $40,276,380, an increase 61 $3,432,300. Distilled spirits, including includ-ing whisky, howovor, brought in only $98,940,304, a decrease- of $1,409,710.
