L. .Brown, agont, for the Adams Express company at Farmiugfon, 111., vas arrested ar-rested todaj- on a warrant charging embezzlement. Brown apparently was robbed of $6400 a wcok ago when he was found unconscious, bound and gagged in tho office in front of the safe. Sovoral days ago all but $700 of tho money was recovered from an outbuilding. out-building. Tho arrest today followed the discovery that Brown was 6hort $S00 in his accounts.
