Ho was then rushed to tho L. D. S. hospital, whero his leg was amputated by Dr. Landenbergor, phy-aician phy-aician for tho Salt Lake Iloutc. Hansen is thc only son of his aged mother. He had been out of work ainco January 1G, according to his mother, although he wad ambitious, sho said, and he had two or three places for -work in viow. Ho was a part owner several years ago in tho corner news stand business in Snlt. Lake. He loft homo at 7 o'clock yesterday yes-terday morning in company with George Anger of 75.1 WesL South Temple Tem-ple street and tho two had intended to inquire for work at sovernl places. Officials of tho hospital said last night (hat his chances for ultimate rccovory were good. |
