It Is made unlawful to remove, destroy or deface any trees or shrubs In any of the streets, avenues, parks or public highways without permission per-mission from tho commissioner hj charge of parks and public property, A list of trees to bo planted on each street one variety on each street Is also incorporated incor-porated in the ordinance.
