The clause which the Scientists havo agreed shall be Inserted in tho proposed law follows: "Nothing In thia act shall be held to apply to registered pharmacists. reglB-tcred reglB-tcred dentists or registered optomotrlsts, or to restrain practice of clalrvoyancy, hypnotism, or mind cure, or to apply to 1 any person who ministers to or treats thovslck or suffering: by mental or spiritual spirit-ual means without tho uso of drugs or material remedy."
