Foster, whose j , pout office address Is Ogden, Utah, , j has made application In accordanco with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended hy the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate no (1) cubic foot per J second of woter from springs In Weber We-ber county, Utah. Said r.prlngs are situated at a point which lies 285 feot north and 425 feet west of the north west corner of Section 23, Township 6 north. Range 1 west. Salt Lako basa and meridian. Tht water will be diverted di-verted at the place where it Issues from said springs and conveyed by I ! means of a pipe line for a distance of 1 2,500 feet and there used during tho period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for domestic do-mestic and municipal purpoflos.
