Fish, a business man of Berkeley, Cal , died at Chihuahua, Chihua-hua, Mexico, today from smallpox. He developed the diseas? on a Pullman car coming from Mexico City. The passengers of the car were removed to nnfitlier ear and quarantined, while the car in which Fish wa-? riding was set out at Chihuahua and ab-o placed under quarantine.
