Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. " a-8814 (73-765) Ivan M. and Etta Louise W. Matheson, Rt. 1, Box 75, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion of 280.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claims 5222 (73-797), 5224 (73-765) and 5223 (73-799). The water has been diverted from three wells at the following points: (1) N. 1015 ft. andW. 1710 ft.; (2) W. 1745 ft. and N. 350 ft.; (3) S. 575 ft. and W. 2275 ft. all from EV4 Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplimental irrigation of 201.20 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 70.0 acs. in SEV4SEV4 Sec' 3; EMiNEit Sec. 10; W'2NWy4, WMSE4 Sec. 11, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 280.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two existing 16-inch wells same as heretofore except for point No. 1; and used same as heretofore. a-8815 (73-1770) Rush Lake Ranch, P. O. Box 664, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.0 sec. ft or 2272.40 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Water User's Claim 1770. The water has been diverted from Rush Lake Spring Area at a point S. 170 ft. and W. 550 ft. from NE Cor;. Sec. 13, T34S, RllW; and usedf from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 568.10 acs. in NWV4SWV4, SM-SW4, Sec. 1; SW V4SE 4 EVzSE 14 Sec . 2 ; NE'4, EV2NW4, NSEV4 Sec. u; nw4, Ny2sw4, SEy4swy4, SEy4SEy4 Sec. 12, all T34S, RllW. Hereafter, 2.0 sec. ft. or 2272.40 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from three 16-inch wells, 250-400 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N.75 ft. and W. 1230 ft.; (2) N. 1300 ft. and W. 1300 ft. ; (3) N. 2600 ft. and W. 1300 ft. all from Sy4 Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, RllW; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 568.10 acs. in Sec. 2, T34S RllW. ; 1 5 ' 46127 (19-308) SRC Investment Co., Agent for James Minor, and Steven R. Williams, Box 999, St. George, Ulah 84770. 5.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from three 14-inch wells. 100-500 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 810 ft. and W. 332 ft. ; (2) N. 473 ft. andW. 1892 ft.; (3) S. 913 ft. and W. 2687 ft. all from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 32, T32S, R18W; and used for the domestic purposes of six families, stockwatering of 150 cattle and 10 horses; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 250.0 acs. in NEV'4, SE'4 Sec. 32, T32S, R18W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before May 29, 1976.
