Show Institutional Council members installed Two new Southern Utah State College Institutional Council members were installed and guidelines for formulating the 1976-77 work program were approved at the council's April meeting. Galen Rose, newly elected student body president, Henreiville, Garfield County, and Dale 0. Zabriski, manager of public and employee information for Mountain Fuel Supply Company, Salt Lak City, are the new members of the council. Zabriski also serves as a consultant to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints public communications department. Previously, among other duties, Zabriski served as press secretary to Utah Senator Frank E. Moss and as a staff writer for the Desert News. Rose is a senoir chemistry major at SUSC. The work program guideline approval clears the way for the SUSC financial office to formally prepare at $4,528,350 budget for the 1976-77 year. This year's projected work program will reflect a budget increase of $505,800, according to figures released by Paul South-wick, South-wick, SUSC financial vice president.
