Show New Harmony News By Marva Prince Mr. and Mrs. Dean H. Hall attended a wedding reception at Leeds, for Mr. and Mrs. Shannon Dayenport Mrand Mrs. Brent Bowcutt and family attended our Sunday School and Fast Day Services here Sunday. The Bowcutts are from Nevada and are in the process of moving here to make ther home. We welcome this family to our ward. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Galmer of Cerritos, Calif, spent a couple of days here last week, they came to bring Aunf LaVerna Englestead home. She has been spending the winter in California with the Galmers. Mrs. June Galmer is the daughter of Mrs. Englestead. Dean Hall and Leslie Pace attended the Daddy-Daughter night in Cedar Tuesday evening. Mrs. Donna Leavitt and daughter Melissa Ann of Bunkerville, Nev. visited here over the weekend with their husband and father Douglas Leavitt, who is living here and attending SUSC in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Prince accompanied their son-in-law and daughter, Clyde and Delora Hunt of St. George, to Las Vegas, Nev.. Thursday. Mr. nad Mrs. Dean H. Hall attended" the Postmasters Convention held in St George last week. Bp. and Mrs. Cannon Huntsman Hunt-sman attended funeral services in Parowan Monday for their friend William B. Green. Bp. Huntsman was one of the speakers. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Leavitt of Mesquite, Nev. spent Monday and Tuesday here at their ranch and visited with friends. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Wilkenson of "St. George and Mr. and Mrs. Gale Heaton of Alton, visited .with Mrs. Wilkenson's and Mrs. Heaton's sister and brother-in-llaw, Verl and Viola Kelsey. Bp. and Mrs. Cannon Huntsman Hunt-sman visited in Enterprise with "Bp. Huntsman's parents, Mr. 'and Mrs. LaMond Huntsman Tuesday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Kelsey Jtraveled to St. George one day last week to bring Mr. Emil Dostalek home for the day and to let him visit around town. Mr. Dostalek has been in the rest home in St. George for some time. He was so glad to see the home town again. ' 1 Dr. and Mrs. Hal Togerson and family of Semi-Valley, Calif, is , spending the Easter vacation here with their parents Lyle and Venice Prince, and their brother Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Prince and family. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Whitehead and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Leavitt of Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. are here visiting their son and brother Doyle Whitehead. Carol Petty is here visiting with her parents Darce and Camila Prince and other family members. Sisters Atkin and Lamoreaux of the Relief Society Stake Board of the Cedar City Utah West Stake attended our Relief Society Tuesday morning. |
