Show Second Term for Mrs. Cowles Is Urged ACTION recently taken by the executive execu-tive .board of the California Federation Fed-eration of Women's Clubs indorsing Mrs. Josiah Evans Cowles of Los Angeles An-geles for re-election as president of the General Federation of Women 's Clubs, will be of interest in Salt Lake, since Mrs. Cowles is popular here and L'tah doubtless will -join with California in favoring her for a second term. The election will take place at the biennial meeting of the federation in Hot Springs, Ark., in May.
