Will Open ; Tuesday "TTHE opening of the community cen- ter ou Kogeut street next Tuesday ul mark an epoch in the club lite of the city by a unifying of the efforts of club women. A community kitchen will hacc for its object a conservation of food, by teaching; how to prepare ami get the best value out of food. A trained worker in domestic science will have charge of the kitchen and will be assisted by some of the best housekeepers house-keepers in Salt Lake, who will give their services voluntarily. "he building devoted' to the community com-munity center has been thoroughly renovated reno-vated and besides a well equipped kitchen, a reception room has been fitted fit-ted up, and the other rooms of the building will be open for club meeting meet-ing rooms. Various clubs will make it headquarters. The formal opening of the center will Ik; from 10 a. m. until 9 p. m. Tuesday. Tues-day. The public is invited to inspect the building and to meet the board ' members in charge of the civic center i and community kitchen. Tea will be t served under the direction of Miss Jean I Cox of Logan, with a wheatless menu, i A demonstration in the conservation of f clothing will be given by Miss Alice f Raienhill of the Utah Agricultural col-f col-f lege at Logan.
