CASINGHEAD GAS PLANT IS ASSURED Erection .of Refinery Will Not Be Undertaken Until Production Warrants. Wor'.l pas ret-pie"J yesterday from Arthur Thomas of the firm of Dern k Thomas, that he had succeeded in rom-plering rom-plering arrangements for the erection of a casinphead gas plant in the valley val-ley to care for all the natural pas that may be produced in this riirtrict. Mr. Thomas has heen id San Fi'ancis co for the past week confi rring with coast capitalists with reference to the erection erec-tion of the proposed plant. Until tirre is a tras production, of course, there will be, no further steps taken toward the erection of the proposed pro-posed rrfinery. Mr. Thomas announced an-nounced in his communication, however, that he had received assurance that a plant of capacity ample to care for all the natural pas produced hy the -various companies operating in this territory would be built.
