Show Man in Service Who Allows Al-lows Payments to Lapse Protected by Law. By V. H. BICHEY. Secretary Salt Lake Real Estate Board. Tie Salt La"ke real estate board, through one of its firm members, received, re-ceived, a letter from a man who expects ex-pects to be called for service and who if buying a home on the installment plan, tvhereln ho inquires: ''Can you tell me if the real estate board has made ajjy provisions for taking eare of the interests of conscripted men?'1 It ia well to give publicity to this matter and answer by saying that the matter is not one for local or national real estate boards to handle, as it has been taken up by tho government and is now a law, and 1 give below some of the bill's most important features: A lawsuit cannot be settled against a run who is unable to appear by rea-JJs rea-JJs of military service.
