Show TWO NEW CHARGES AGAINST COTTERELL Two new complaints, charging the issuance is-suance of capital stock of his company with intent to defraud, were filed yesterday yes-terday against R. T. Cotterell, former manager of the Service Agency company, com-pany, who was recently extradited from Los Angeles, Cal., on an embezzlement charge which Was disniissod Friday, following a hearing before Justice of the Peace Henry C. Lund. According to the county attorney's office, one of the new complaints al-eleges al-eleges that Cotterell unlawfully issued 300 shares of the company's stock to himself on January S, this year, while the second charges the unlawful issuance is-suance of 100 shares to lames II. Mace on December 10, 1917. Up to a late hour last night Cotterell had not been found by officers searching for him. |
