OCR Text	Show IDAHO TRACT IS OPENED TO ENTRY Special to The Tribune. WASHINGTON, March 3(1. The president has signed a proclamation restoring re-storing about 3.w0,000 acres of land in southeastern Idaho, north and south of the Snake river, from ronl withdrawal. These lands were withdrawn for the purpose of classification as to ' their value for coal. This classification has hptUi completed and most of the land classified as noncoal in character. About lo.tKIM acres are vacant public binds and as a result of this restoration restora-tion will be subject to entry under the land laws.
