OCR Text	Show SOLDIERS MUST HAVE CLEAN SHAVEN FACES j WASHINGTON, March 30. Clean shaven faces in the army will add several sev-eral millions of dollars to the annual cost of the military establishment. Official Of-ficial announcement was made at the war department today that one razor, one steel mirror and one shaving brush will .be issued gratuitously hereafter to every enlisted man sent to Europe. Army regulations require that soldiers keep themselves closely shaven, but the wearing of mustaches is not prohibited.
