Show FOODSTUFFS REPORT OFFICIALLY COMPILED The first report of foodstuffs under the cold storage act passed by the last session ses-sion of the state legislature was completed com-pleted yesterday and is on file in the office of W. M. Boyden. state dairy and food commissioner. The report shows that on June 30 there was in cold storage stor-age in Utah 51,454 cases of eggs, 214,361 pounds of butter, 13.338 pounds of cheese, 95,24,2 pounds of poultry, f7,G30 pounds of fresh meats. 4S2.346 pounds of fcalted meats. 144 pounds of fresh lish, 32.1R7 pounds of salted fish, 361S pounds of dried fruits. 226,891 pounds of nuts, 727S pounds of candy, 167 pounds of sugared strawberries. 3556 pounds of frozen egg meats, 2125 pounds of horseradish, horse-radish, 2138 pounds of powdered milk and 158,115 pounds of lard. The report shows no storage of green fruits, vegetables, vege-tables, game or mincemeat. |
