More expedient systems have been inaugurated for handling both the raw and finished materials and nothing has been left undone which would tend to maintain the high standard of the Cole product and at the same time permit per-mit the company to double its output. Every day the production department heads meet in conference and the men in the factory have been encouraged to bring to the attention of their superiors any improvements which they can suggest sug-gest for the handling of the product in the process of construction. |
