Show URGE RELIEF FOR VICTIMS OF TEUTONS NEW YORK, March 31. An urgent appeal for money and food to relieve the suffering of the inhabitants of Noyon, Prance, recently evacuated by the Germans, was received at the relief clearing house for France and allies from its representatives in Paris. "Literally, everything useful is gone or destroyed," the cable message stated. stat-ed. "No -tools of any kind are left, not even knives, forks, plates or kitchen kitch-en utensils. Conditions are deplorable and there will be more of these French sufferers thus restored to their country as the enemy is expelled.1 ' |
