Show WHISTLE TO TELL OF WAR DECLARATION Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 31. Because of the widespread interest which will be manifest mani-fest in the decision of congress as to possible pos-sible war with Germany arrangements have been made here to enlist the services ser-vices of the Southern Pacific shop's whistle as soon as the news has been received over the Associated Press wires. One long blast of the whistlo will mean that congress has declared war and short blasts will mean that a stato of war is held to exist. |
