Officials of the Central Coal & Coke Co., which supplies a lartre quantity of the Rock Springs coal for the local market, announce that the retirement of the Union Pacific Coal company from the commercial market with its Rock fc'-prings coal in no way affects the Rock Springs coal handled by other companies.
