The cost of the improvements in this line is estimated at ifVJo.iMlO and this is to be spent by the company. W. A. Larkins has taken the contract to construct ten new residences in the park at once. The ten homes are to cost a total of $4u.iK"m) and will be of the most modern design and will be arranged ar-ranged for the comfort and convenience of the occupants. The handlers of the propertv look for real estate boom this spring and they are preparing to take advantage of it in |
