A. Charron of the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho Motor company, local Premier distributors, dis-tributors, yesterday. "This Is true," continued Charron, "of the Premiex Motor corporation of Indianapolis, which organization Is scarcely scarce-ly morn than a year old and enjoys the distinction of having successfully launched the new aluminum Six Premier In record-breaking record-breaking time. "The present Premier Motor corporation corpora-tion le in no way an outgrowth of the former Premier Motor Manufacturing company 6t Indianapolis. In order to obtain ob-tain suitable equipment and facilities, tt wa nece-ary for the new Premier Motor Mo-tor corporation to buy outright three Indianapolis In-dianapolis factories. Among the three faetories bought was the old Premier Motor Mo-tor Manufacturing company, and none of ths old Premier company's assets or equipment was retained with the exception excep-tion of the name 'Premier' as applied to motor car3. An entirely new organization organiza-tion was formed and there is not a man in the present Premier orcanlza tion who before was associated wi th tho sale of Premier cars. This applies to the managerial as well as the departmental perfonnel of the company. "Fortunately, while the Premier motor rar ls a new product, built by a new organization, the men mokinr up the Premier factory organization are known individually u here er motor cars are built." |
