Show ORDINANCE NO. 76-15 BOUNTIFUL, A Municipal Corporation AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEND-ING TITLE XIV. CHAPTER 2. SECTON 5(a) RELATING TO BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS DIS-TRICTS AND ZONES THEREIN BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP SO AS TO CHANGE FROM RESIDENTIAL RESIDEN-TIAL R-4 ZONE TO COMMERCIAL COM-MERCIAL C-2 ZONE, THE REAL PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR-DINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BOUNTIFUL, BOUN-TIFUL, UTAH: Section 1. That Title XIV, Chapter 2, "Section 5(a), Revised Ordinances of Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah, 1965, as amended, be, and the same hereby is amended as follows: The zoning map of Bountiful is hereby amended by changing chang-ing from Residential R-4 Zone to Commercial C-2 Zone, the following described real property:. Beginning at a point 153 feet East and 194 feet South from the Northwest North-west corner of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 101 feet more or less to the existing Commercial C-3 zone boundary, said point also being 200 feet North of the North line of an existing street (500 South Street); thence East along said C-3 zone boundary 163.55 feet to a point on the East line of an existing street (425 West Street); thence North 101 feet more or less along the East line : of 425 West Street to a point on the East line of 425 West Street, said point being 163.55 feet East of the point of beginning; thence West 163.55 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall go into effect at the expiration of the 20th day after publication or the 30th day after final passage pas-sage as noted below, or whichever of said days is the most remote from the date of passage thereof.
