Show Btfl. South Readies Stake Conference Elder L. Ronald Folkersen, a Regional Representative to the Council of Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will speak at the Bountiful Utah South Stake Conference Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 16 and 17. ELDER FOLKERSEN was called as Regional Representative Represen-tative on Feb. 12, 1976. Prior to that time he served as President of the Sweden Stockholm Mission (1972-1975). He was Stake , Executive Secretary in the , Butler West Stake (1970-1972). He was bishop of the Butler Second Ward (1966-1968); first counselor in the Butler Stake Presidency (1962-1966); High Councilman in the East Jordan Stake (1961-1962) ; and president of the East Jordan Stake Mission (1958-1961). . ELDER FOLKERSEN was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Salt Lake City, and attended the' University of Utah for three years and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking. School at Seattle, Washington. Washing-ton. He is vice president and manager of the Sugar House Office of the First Security Bank of Utah. Elder Folkersen married the former Mardene Moulton and the couple have six children.
