Show ORDINANCE No. 277 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEND-ING THE EXISTING DAVIS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE OR-DINANCE BY RE-ZONING CERTAIN LAND FROM RESIDENTIAL R5 TO RESIDENTIAL R-1A. THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF DAVIS, STATE OF UTAH, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following described real property situate in the unincorporated area of Davis County, Utah, be and the same hereby is re-zoned from Residential R 5 to Residential R-lAtowit: Part of Section 11, T 3 N, Rl W, SLB & M described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies north 302.17 feet and east 661 . 14 feet from the center of said Section 11, said point being on the south right of way of a county road and running thence N 8954'08" E 341.86 ft; thence N 8853'00" E 405.73 ft; thence east 37.86 ft; thence south 30.54 ft; thence S 032'57" W 360.15 ft.; thence west 102.76 ft. to the north property line of Oakridge Country-Club; Country-Club; thence N 8746'07" W 153.67 ft. (record west 154.0) thence S 415'23" W 139.33 ft; thence N 8548'53" W 177.66 ft. (record 178.68 ft.) thence S 2728'48" W (record S 2731'40") $7-57 ft.; thence N 53 45'00" W 382.60 ft thence N 0"05'52" W 374.33 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 8.28 acres more or less. 2. The Davis County Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance in the Davis County Recorder's Of-1 fice, and the Davis County Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the zoning map to conform to the provisions of this Ordinance and to file a certified copy of the amended map in the Davis County Recorder's office of-fice and in the Davis Countv Clerk's office. 3. In the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Davis County, this Ordinance is necessary for the peace, health and safety of Davis County and the inhabitants inhabi-tants thereof. Therefore, this Ordinance shall become effective ef-fective immediately upon passage and upon a copy being be-ing published in accordance with the law, and a copy being deposited in the office of the Clerk of Davis County, Utah.
