Ash of the city was granted grant-ed a monthly allowance of $2.50. Fred Tltcnsor and others filed a petition peti-tion asking that the Covevlllc and Mountain Home school districts be consolidated. Only last j car Covevlllc was divided the result of a light of several years. Now the defeated faction wants the the two districts made one again. On Friday the case will be heard. Thomas Y. Smith, Justice of the peace will occupy the room formerly occupied by Supt. Thomas. The board also gave him premlsslon to buy somo cxtia chairs. J. Pugmlre's bond was rejected. Mary Welch of College was granted an allowance of $2.50 monthly. W. L. Winn Is the new road supervisor super-visor for Smlthfleld precinct, Robt. Reed having resigned some time ago.
