The chief was speaking in connection with the child pedestrian and bicycle safety safe-ty program being sponsored this month in Cedar City by the Community Com-munity Safety Council. "I know it is hard for active youngsters always to remember to be careful, and never run into the street," chief Lambert said. "But if children are to avoid serious accidents in today's traffic, traf-fic, they must do their best to follow the rules of safety."
