Show Mr. and Mrs. Clark Showalter of Cedar City were in town Monday Mon-day visiting with Bertha's people, peo-ple, the Bartons, and searching for interesting antiques to furnish fur-nish a home in Mesquite, Nev. John B. Topham and William T. Davenport were business visitors visit-ors in Panguitch Saturday. The MIA members gave a most inspirational program in sacrement meeting Sunday. The theme, "Our Temples," was carried car-ried out in talks, songs and demonstrations. dem-onstrations. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Osborne and daughter of Cedar City came over on Sunday to visit relatives. Mrs. Leta Evans and Mrs. Gay-tha Gay-tha Benson of Parowan were in attendance at church Sunday. They were participants with Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux, in singing a vocal trio. Belatedly we report the visit of Mr. and Mrs. Kirk Daly of Salt Lake City on Easter Sunday at the home of his sister, Hazel Dawn Evans and family. Horace Maxwell of Glendale was an overnight visitor on Saturday Sat-urday with his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Eliz-abeth Maxwell, and sister Roene Lund and family. Rex Maxwell of Cedar City was here on Monday Mon-day for a brief call. Mrs. Janlna Manzlone and Miss Shirley Robinson of Cedar City entertained at a personal shower show-er for Miss Hettie Anne Jones at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Revere Robinson on Thursday night. Those coming from Cedar City were Mrs. Don-no Don-no Jolley. Mrs. Margie Bess. Mrs. Delaine McBride, Mrs. Cora Stone, Miss Enone Mattson and Miss Rayma Thornton. Mrs. Maxine Bentley, Mrs. Madge Stevens, Mrs. Elsie Mackelprang, Mrs. Mary Stubbs and Mary Etta, and Mrs Elene Robinson of Parowan Paro-wan tolnod relatives and friends here for a delightful evening of games. Refreshments were served to 25 and Miss Jones received many lovely gifts. Mr and Mrs. Pratt Goulding came over from Panguitch on Sunday. Mrs. Arthur Evans and younger children returned with them that evening to see her stepmother. Mrs. Margaret Daly, who is seriously ill in the hospital hospi-tal there. The Gouldings brought them home Monday night. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Williamson, William-son, Jr. arrived here last week rom Huntington, Utah. Mr. Williamson Wil-liamson remained to assist his father and brother, Lester, on the farm this summer. Mrs. Williamson William-son returned to Huntington on Sunday to stay until her daughter's daugh-ter's school Is out and then they will return to Paragonah to be with Mr. Williamson. Mr. and Mrs. Molvin II. Jones and daughters arrived In Para-gonah Para-gonah Wednesday from his military mili-tary base at Albuquernue, N.I M.
