Show NEWCASTLE HEWS FiOTES Mrs. Amy Knell, age 75, fell last Thursday morning and broke her hip. At the time she was visiting at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mr. Ray Adams of Parowan. She is now confined at the Iron County Coun-ty hospital. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Baldwin of Alton, Utah, spent the week end at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Monte Sorenson. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Knell have gone to Detroit, Mich., to get a new truck. Mr. and Mrs. David Stirling of Leeds spent the week end visiting visit-ing here with relatives and friends. Mrs. Amy Esplin and family of Orderville were Sunday visitors at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hart, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Knell spent Wednesday in Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Pace and Mrs. Camilla Petty of New Harmony Har-mony spent Sunday afternoon at the Albert Sterling home. Some of our people attended the Cedar Stake Temple excursion excur-sion to St. George Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Murray Harrison and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Knell were guests at a birthday party honoring hon-oring Page Knell at his home in Cedar City Sunday evening. |
