Show KAIIARRAVILLE NEWS A faiewell party was held Sat-1 urday night in the recreation I hall in honor of J. V. Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Davis, who left for Salt Lake City Tuesday morning to enter military service. ser-vice. All enjoyed a program and dancing. Light refreshments were served. He was presented with a fountain pen from the ward. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Willis and daughter of Henrieville, Utah, were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Wililams. Primary Conference was held here Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Perkins and sons of Cedar City were visitors here Sunday with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Elsworth Flani-gan Flani-gan and children of Cedar City, and Mr. and Mrs. William Flani-gan, Flani-gan, were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves. Evan Williams was kicked by a horse while at the sheep camp and received several broken ribs. Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey Taylor and children were visitors with Mrs. Tay'or's parents, Mr. and Mrs-Junius Mrs-Junius Williams. Mrs. Neta Williams of Henderson, Hender-son, New, and Mrs. Avey Bring-hurst Bring-hurst of Toquerville visited last week with Mrs. Glade Berry- Mrs. Ethna Williams received a phone call last Saturday night from her son Verd, who had landed land-ed at New York on his way home. Verd has been stationed in England Eng-land for some time. |
