Show Paragonah Native Succumbs After Brief Illness Marion Nephi Robb, 64, who for about six years served as custodian custo-dian at the Cedar City High School, died Tuesday following a brief illness. He had been In poor health for the past year, but was seriously ill for only about 24 hours. He had left his employment employ-ment at Cedar City and returned to his home in Paragonah about a year ago. Mr. Robb was born in Paragonah Paragon-ah on May 6, 1889, a son of Samuel Sam-uel and Amanda Dailey Robb, and had spent his life there, except ex-cept for the period he worked in Cedar City. He had engaged in the carpenter trade most of his life. On April 16, 1912, he married Clara Topham in the St. George L D S Temple. He is survived by his widow, Paragonah; three sons, Harold M. and Jesse Robb, Cedar City, and Albert E. Robb, Paragonah. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren grandchil-dren and three brothers, William Milton Robb, Salt Lake City; Walter Robb, Paragonah, and J. C. Robb, Cedar City. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted at 2 p. m. Friday in the Paragonah L D S Ward chapel and burial will be in the Paragonah Para-gonah cemetery. Friends may call at the Southern Utah Mor tuary in Cedar City this evening, eve-ning, Thursday, from 6 to 8 o'clock, o'-clock, and at the family home in Paragonah prior to the services. |
