Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 E. State Street, Farmington, Utah on February 22, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated August 17, 1978 and recorded August 21, 1978 as Entry No. 505915 in Book 724 at Page 602, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, executed by FORTRESS CONSTRUCTION, as Trustor, in favor of American Savings and Loan Association, as Beneficiary, covering the real property located at approximately 1776 North 600 West, Farmington, Utah. All of Lot 35, SOMERSET FARM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, a Planned Residential Development, as the same is identified in the Plat recorded in Book 586, Page 515 of Official Records of Davis County, Utah, and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Somerset Farm Planned Unit Development, a Planned Residential Development, and the amendments thereto of record in the office of the County Recorder of said County Title is currently vested in EUGENE MANN AND REBECCA MANN pursuant to a Warranty Deed recorded November 6, 1979 as Entry No. 549710 in Book 800 at Page 2S8 of official records.
