Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North Main Entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on March 1, 1990, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated December 7, 1982 and executed by BRENT K. DILLE, a single man, as Trustor, in favor of GENERAL ELECTRIC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, COR-PORATION, as a beneficiary, covering cover-ing real property located at 148 North 300 East, Clearfield, Utah, in Davis County, and more particularly described as: Beginning on the East line of a street at a point 1565.83 feet, more or less, East along the Section line and South 0 degrees 14 West 753.81 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Clearfield, and running thence North 0 degrees 14' East 63.0 feet along the East line of said street; thence East 150.0 feet thence South 63.0 feet to a Point 13.5 feet West of the West line of Al Vita Park; thence West 150.0 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. beginn-ing.
