Show EXHIBIT 'A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 27th day of February, 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Imperial Savings Sav-ings Association, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by MERSHA C. BAILEY and MARNEDA F. BAILEY, Husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded August 31, 1987 as Entry No. 800035, in Book 1190, at Page 1340, of the official offi-cial records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Imperial Savings Association, Associa-tion, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 15, 1990, as Entry No. 869292, in Book 1312, at Page 890, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 58, FAIRFIELD FARM ESTATES NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, according to the official plat thereof, records of Davis County, Utah. Property Address: 665 North 275 East, Kaysville, Utah 84037 Record Title Holder Mersha C. Bailey and Mameda F.
